Participation in the event is free of charge.
Cancellation Policy and changes to the registration
Registration for both the conference sessions and the evening program is binding. Cancellations or changes to the registration must be made by August 31st via the link found in the personal email registration confirmation. After this date, cancellations and changes (for valid reasons) must be made via email to fes@lappeenranta.fi.
For no-shows without prior notice, the following fees will be charged:
Conference sessions: €50
Evening program: €50
